General Information
Natural pathways and structures will lead through the subdivision amid beautiful fauna and flora. Rainwater will be caught in the lagoons at the two valleys and its water used for additional features like water falls and irrigation. All units will have ocean view. Providing privacy to its owner, the residential units are nestled into the hillside in an amphitheater like atmosphere and overlook tree covered vistas and the ocean.
Cars and motorized vehicles will not be allowed within development to ensure a quiet and tranquil environment.. Parking lots will be provided at the entrance and a service vehicle can bring the residents to their homes.
Enjoy the boutique resorts along the 650 meter beach frontage or find a secluded spot. Families can experience a spectacular yet secure lifestyle with the many amenities the resorts offer. A management division can provide investment opportunity for owners of Estate units, who wish to lease their vacation homes to tourists. 
Facilities
Water Systems: Ground water will be the main source of water for the project. One elevated water tank has been erected strategically on the top ridge of the property, to ensure head pressure, and supplies the necessary potable water to the Vacation Lots and Resorts. We require an individual storage water tank in each residential unit to ensure water conservation.
Electricity: Each unit of the Estates is ready for electrical network hook up. Mindoro is part of the Island Grid Project of the National Power Corporation, which aims at providing sufficient electricity to the provinces.  The project established a supply line from Calapan, Mindoro Oriental to Mamburao, Mindoro Occidental. This readily available electricity will be distributed by OMECO the electricity cooperative for Occidental Mindoro through its existing distribution line that runs through the property.
Communication Systems: At this time reception of Smart cellular phones is excellent and ready for use. Computer interface can be connected to the cellular phone in order to send and receive faxes and e-mail through a fax modem. A land based system through microwave can be explored in cooperation with residents. Satellite dishes are commercially available to provide television cable service and computer modem connection.
Drainage Systems: Two lagoons will capture the road drainage and sewer lines of the project, which will be used to water the landscape, a fishpond and a water treatment area in connection with the Living Machine. A sealed three chamber concrete septic tank shall be constructed for the treatment and disposal of wastewater from the individual households. Subdivision lot owners and all commercial establishments will be required to install these tanks.
